Few things left.. upstairs carpet, cabinet door pulls and handles, front stoop and patio need to be poured.
Everything is still a go according to the builder. Waiting to hear from Mortgage company.

I was supposed to have my Walk Through today, but the head contractor called and said No.. he wasn’t happy with the paint and is having it repainted, and they hadn’t tested the fireplace.
So I wait until Thursday at Noon:)

Productive couple hours painting items for my new place. Bedroom and bathroom items will be indigo. Wall behind bed will be shiplap gray and bed is a metal bed built by Lacy’s husband Brian

I am taking my office furniture, a recliner, two beds but only one headboard
My son is taking a sofa and a recliner, my Neice took a sofa table and will have my kitchen table set and my other sofa.
Most will be used for staging this house. The decorations and wall stuff and lamps are going wirh me

Oh my gosh ... the transformation on that armoire is amazing. Everything looks great.

Only two things left to paint. My current head board and a night stand in white for the guest room.. which will be Gray and white with some yellow accents, light taupe walls.
Ordered mirrors yesterday.. and a target order today for a few things.

Life handed me a curveball today. Closing is pushed until? Appraisal isn’t in.. can’t reschedule everything I have lined up.. until they set a new closing time.. so I am in Limbo.. and unable to sleep. Anxiety Sucks!
