That surely isn't a Subway Cheesesteak, ha! I grew up on these things. There was only 1 sub shop in my area (growing up) that made them a certain way that I really liked. They used a good shaved Rib-Eye steak and had gotten their bread fresh daily from a small local Italian bakery. They were the best! I've moved around since then and can't find anything, anywhere that's similar.Quote:
