Last week was so so with food but excellent with gym time. I'm so excited to finally move up in the weights I'm lifting, especially upper body, my weakness. Meal prepping today so I don't turn to crappy food. I looked at pics of me at my highest weight and it feels good to know I'm making positive changes. Hope everyone has a great week!!

My last weigh-in I gained 3 back grrr and I actually exercised for once! Hopefully this week will be better!
Laurie, I wouldn't worry. The gain might be due to fluid retention, which can happen when you start exercising. If that's the case it will fall off when your body gets used to the routine.
15 lbs. to go but this morning I was starving and had 3 eggs but I hadn't had anything since a salad on tues. so I don't think it will hurt.
