Still to to figure out how to reply to individual comments but to answer some other questions. By "upstate" I meant to indicate I wasn't from the NYC area. Actually live in near Syracuse. We do however go up to the Adirondacks quite often. Next month will be spending a week in the Saranac Lake area hiking and canoeing.
Nice. I live in the NYC area but go to the lake Champlain area a few times a year.
Visited saranac lake a few times - Like that custard place a lot - mountain something I think.
Also visited Syracuse many times as my best friend from college grew up there. Remember going to dinosaur BBQ and wegmans often and going to the state fair once :)

@ Zeus Video poker is the solution it is all based on stats! 😀QUOTE=zeus;120526]Jan, if your grammar sucks then you will fit in just fine! :encouragement: And since you taught statistics, if I sent you my gambling history do you think you can figure out why I always loose? :cower:[/QUOTE]
Jan, welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your retirement. We have a large contingent here that plays in AC and of course many go to Vegas. What's your casino of choice in AC?
We tend to concentrate our play at CET properties. Husband and I are both low Diamonds. In AC like Harrahs for their progressive nickel Joker Poker. In the last 3 years I've hit the progressive jackpots ( dealt 5 of a kind) twice. First time on the 10 play for 2300 and the second time on the 5 play for 3100.
