After reading the ingredients label (upside down lol ) i can see why these Tortillas are so low in calories . i hope you like them ..ill stick with my HEB flour Torts . ive worked for years on my beer gut not ready to give it up yet .

I have like (6) boxes of these. It uses Lupin flour for the noodles. A tad chewy. Is it Keto? Well they use the fiber aspect to their favor as it has 27 carbs with 20 fiber. In hopes you pooping it out HHH It is tasty tho!

I think the 2020 guy accepted some sort of defeat, this is just how it is. Now the 2022 guy realizes it doesn't have to be a certain way, so here we are. It's health in a way of eating and cutting out those damn online casinos. (They played a bigger role than one would assume I think. It wasn't healthy.) Even just in the past month I feel like a whole new person, for the good!
Ken, you are good at setting your mind to something and doing it. Alcohol can be the sneaky calorie bastard that gets us. You seem to have found some good alternatives to that. I am a Tito’s soda gal now, I like Beer but too heavy. KEEP UP THE great work!

I knoww I haven't had Fireball since the start of this! I'm now drinking all the hard stuff though which has no carbs, in moderation. My one friend who is also doing keto said I should be 175 if I would have cut out all those calories. Look lets not get crazy here, I still want to live life! Be drunk and be merry as YOLO!

I haven't posted in awhile in here! So I basically hit my plateau of 199lbs. It fluctuated for awhile, but the scale didn't seem to go much lower more than a lb or so. My main diet is still low carb, with a little more cheating than I previously allowed. Long John Silvers, iced cream, sugar coffee drinks. BUT Even with squeezing those in, still 198-199lbs. I just take my cheat and hop back on board! Probably kick myself out of ketosis every time, but who really cares? Haha It's all about finding a happy balance and I'm happy where I am right now. I'm going to Pittsburgh this weekend and already plan on being bad. I'll report back if it pushes me fully off the edge!
I think all of us who have worked on managing our weight know that maintaining the weight loss, in a way that is sustainable without feeling deprived, may be even more challenging than the program that helped us lose that weight in the first place. Claim that plateau as maintenance, and claim it as a victory!

Atta boy, that's great! IDK I've been experimenting more with adding in the occasional carb meals here and there. I weighed in at my lowest of -40lbs last weekend after some "bad" cheat meals. I'm starting to think if you hit a plateau, mix it up, and the cycle kind of restarts itself. We shall see as I have a crazy next 3 weekends which could be disastrous for the low carb life if my body doesn't like it. I'll definitely check back in after all is said and done!
