Yes the last few weeks are always the hardest. My mom is also a teacher and I'm sure @Jen Jen is feeling the same way too.

So sorry I've been absent. I've had almost no time to do anything except work since the April M&G. Plus dealing with my FIL's estate, which is about as complicated as it possibly could be. WOW! what a dreamy lifestyle I missed. I married a regular old non farmer, what the hell? Awwww thanks for looking!!! We are still around just taking care of our mom who's leg is still shattered and can't do anything. Thank freakin goodness we only have a couple more days to go since moms school is closed starting Friday for good Friday then all next week!!

Thanks ladies for the concern! I am more just lurking right now when I get a chance. I took a look at the choices I've been making the last year and was not entirely happy with all of them. Most of them yes, but not all. I've been taking a break from posting and even gambling to focus on getting a job. It's been rather difficult but I'm not giving up! As of right now, I won't be posting anywhere near as much as I used to. I do appreciate you both reaching out and caring about my well being! It means a lot. Hi oldslotguy.....I am kind of feeling the same way. After losing trip after trip, I am getting bored and frustrated with it all. I dislike Soaring Eagle more than ever. They are destroying Little River. I have already given up the Saganing completely. As they take out all of my favorite machines, and replace them with the new glitzy machines with little payouts, I am liking it less and less. Maybe it is time to throw in the towel?

Spring is just around the corner. Once I can get outside and get some fresh air and exercise maybe my attitude will change.

Sometime when you are going to Little River, let me know. I will drive over and we can meet up for lunch or dinner.

Strangely enough I haven't been doing all that bad at LR. "meet for lunch".. That I will do, be great to see you again, and got 'free' food comin' too.

"throw in the towel".. Well we pretty much did last fall, but being about the only thing she enjoys outside the house started again at 2xs a month.

Hate those noisy/glitzy machines.

Thank you, she is coming out of rehab tomorrow with the prosthetic leg (they trained her on how to use it), it's been 2 weeks so at least she will have Easter at home :)
