Not sure if any of this will be helpful, but I thought I would share it, as these are the things we still talk about after 3 years.

We had shaved ice very day! lol. But our favorite of all was the one at Diamond Head. Never have been able to replicate it. So sad. We live smack dab in the middle of Texas, so no hope any time soon.

Aloha, and have a wonderful trip. I've only been to Hawaii once, a graduation trip with my best friend after college, and THAT was a trip to remember! (Our first night we found the pub where all the Qantas and New Zealand Air pilots hung out...oh, those accents....) Fortunately, I kept a journal of the trip, which I may have to pull out one of these days just to remind myself there was a time I stayed up all night dancing instead of nodding off at 9:30 p.m. while watching TV.

Have a wonderful time! I am so looking forward to your pics :)

So we made it to Midway and spent a few hours dozing fitfully at the Fairfield. We were back at the airport at 6 to find that our flight to SFO is delayed until 10. Oh joy!

Remember the Brady Bunch episode when they stole the idol and the bad luck it brought them? Seemed like Greg was underwater for hours after his surfing wipeout! Very traumatic to watch.

Were you on our honeymoon with us, lol! Hubby still talks about the Hula Pie (we had it in Maui though!), but we also did the scenic drive and stayed at Turtle Bay a few nights, and went to Haleiwa for dinner and shave ice! Though, I guess with Oahu being a small island, that's everything there, lol! We stayed in Maui a majority of the trip and keep talking about when we might actually make it back there!
Really hope you've made it to SFO, NHcris! Can't wait for your pictures and reviews!
