I don't weigh myself, just measure my inches monthly. My main goal is to turn this fat into muscles. I am proud of myself for not going crazy in Vegas. If anything I didn't eat enough.Too much slot time, lol. I am back to logging and tracking. Good luck everyone.

I guess we could get some of those thong swimsuits. We were on a cruise one time and there was a south american couple on there about my age that were both wearing thong bathing suits. It would not have been so bad but they were standing about 2 feet above where Sassycat and I were reading out by the pool and they would never leave. I think they wanted our spot. I gave them several dirty looks and it did not phase them and I finally put them on ignore. When I looked up again about an hour later they were finally gone. But it you and Gene wear yours I will go buy one and we can all wear them out at the pool, that is if Sassycat will let me.
I guess we could. That would depend on how much we had to drink and on whether Laurie and Karen would let us. Remember what they carry their purses for.

I weighed in yesterday and gained 5.2 lbs from my Las Vegas adventure. Starting today its back on program!

WTG @goldengreeke. I think @foamy has us all beat but every pound me and you lose is definitely a good thing. Losing 19 pounds in less than a month is quite an accomplishment and good luck to you at getting as close as you can to your goal.
Although I had a terrific time on my vacation and lots of fun, it was NOT good for the waistline or eating program. 5 lb weight gain. Returned yesterday and back on plan, so hopefully it will come off before TOO long. Up from 82 lb weight loss to 77 lbs overall. Keeping it real!
Didn't go to the gym not one day last week. DH was still on vacation so we did a lot of things around the house. I did go today so starting the week off good. Eating right and logging everything gets on my NERVES but it works for me so I'll keep doing it. My motto this week is "Just Keep Swimming." Good luck this week everyone!!

Sharon, who isn't even on a diet, lost 10 pounds herself these last 4 weeks! She says it's because there is nothing left in the house to eat lol!
A month ago I threw out all the bread, pasta, potatoes, ice cream, sugar, and flour, plus any vegetables that weren't green ones and since then only meat, eggs, cheese, and green vegies are ever in our fridge. :)
ok...since my Vegas trip a week ago and eating like a pig in Vegas, I managed to lose 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Must have been all the walking and awesome Vitamin D in Vegas.
Still sticking "mostly" to Atkins diet and avoiding carbs and lost a couple more pounds last week. Sharon has had flu symptoms all week and lost 5 more pounds, which is not cool because she is now down 15 pounds in five weeks and looking WAY to skinny!
