Last week was so so with food but excellent with gym time. I'm so excited to finally move up in the weights I'm lifting, especially upper body, my weakness. Meal prepping today so I don't turn to crappy food. I looked at pics of me at my highest weight and it feels good to know I'm making positive changes. Hope everyone has a great week!!

My last weigh-in I gained 3 back grrr and I actually exercised for once! Hopefully this week will be better!
Laurie, I wouldn't worry. The gain might be due to fluid retention, which can happen when you start exercising. If that's the case it will fall off when your body gets used to the routine.
15 lbs. to go but this morning I was starving and had 3 eggs but I hadn't had anything since a salad on tues. so I don't think it will hurt.

So@foamy, you have lost 35 pounds so far? That is fricken amazing! How many weeks have you been on this diet?
@goldengreeke I think I started 3-30 so a little over a month.
@goldengreeke I been busting my ass to get it done so I make 50 by Tahoe I think I will make it if not I won't be happy. I will tell you one thing and you can put it in stone it's alot more fun putting it on than taking it off. hhh
I don't have your willpower. Sharon was dying for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. I couldn't let her eat that in front of me so I had the same....then I ordered myself 2 MORE cheeseburgers because I was still hungry lol.
Brought back memories of not that long ago when I would go to the bakery and buy a dozen donuts and I would give Sharon two and I would have the other 10 eaten before she was even done with her second one.
Only people my size would think that is normal eating habits ha ha. :)
Slow and steady the weight is coming off. Would have been more, but last Tuesday I went on a binge and had 3 half pound double cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a large chocolate shake.

I weighed in at Weight Watchers yesterday and was down -5.2 lbs from April 18, my last visit. That's the LV weight I managed to get off. The journey continues....
Wow Gene and Foamy are gonna pass me up soon. Great job everyone!

I was down 3 lbs this week for a total of 85 lbs.
Thanks, Gene. I just think that everyone is doing an awesome job. It's not even whether you lose or not. That fact that so many are just trying to be healthier is just amazing!
Great job everyone!! Keep up the hard work. My week started off good but I got sick on Wednesday and I still not 100%. Hoping to be back at it this week. Before I got sick, I did 5 push-ups on my toes for the first time EVER!! I can't wait to do more. My husband who is in charge of getting his Sailors in shape was more excited than I was, lol. Good luck everyone!!

Laurie, WTG! I KNEW you would show results. Sometimes the body takes it's own time getting there. I am SO impressed that you can to it with all the traveling you do!
