I don’t like zucchini B so I don’t make it but that’s what Adam’s mom does with zucchini we bring her, she freezes the loaves and has them through the winter.
I have ricotta and sausage so I might try to make a zucchini lasagna like the eggplant one above to use some up.

We had breakfast for dinner at the camper tonight. I tried this new recipe Egg bake it was supposed to be like French toast, everyone liked it and it was cold by the time we ate. Will make again YouTube recipe link attached

It was super easy! We intended to but the person who had that on their list forgot it HHH so I put fresh berries on mine and some used regular syrup. I haven’t tried sugar free yet wondering if it is any good
