VICI Buying 3 Properties for Lease Back

From the Seven Stars newsletter today. VICI has raised $2.5 billion to complete anticipated transactions to buy Harrahs AC, Harrahs Laughlin, and Harrahs New Orleans. The properties would be leased back to Eldorado. This is part of the anticipated merger transaction. (Since the merged Company will carry the Caesars name I assume the writer really means the "new" Caesars.)

Looks like Laughlin may survive for now. As for AC looks like it may depend on how many casinos NJ lets them run in AC and then on-going profit of Tropicana versus Ballys.
