Its a 5 way tie for me:
MR WOO, the Original $1,000,000 Pyramid, the original Real top box Pinball slot game (with real flippers and steel pinball), the original Star Trek, and Man from La Mancha
I would say a two way tie between these.

I used to play original Buffalo for hours. $3.75 a bet, many handpays—those days are long over. My latest, stupid obsession is a progressive Dragon. When it is playing, I camped out all night-always left a winner. Last couple of months it all changed and I can barely last on $300 for 30-minutes—$4.00 per bet. I long for the good old days.
Gosh, forgot about that one. 2010? Can’t really remember. Played that one a lot.
Anyone remember these 2. Tough to win on pennies but these in 25 cent denom were awesome.

Yep, I remember those Slotman Jack. Used to play them 20 years ago at The original casino Windsor, Ontario. Fun times, same era as Filthy Rich and BOOM
I loved My Rich Uncle, Match Game, Bonus Times and Jungle Wild II.
Original Stinkin Rich.
There was a Star Wars Slot I loved, don’t remember which version. I too liked Filthy Rich, Money Storm and Joker Poker.
I miss the old games. The very first video slot I played was Fortune Cookie.
Men In Black nickels!

I keep thinking about this, and I honestly can't think of a clear favorite. I used to love Double Diamond Run in nickels along with Reels O'Dublin in nickels.
In recent years, I have found some that most only captivate me for a short while. Of course, I adore my Winning Animals, but damn that can separate me from my bankroll in a hurry!
I loved the original Hangover slots and also liked quick hits and hot shots

Mary, I remember Fortune Cookie. Played it in 2001 at NYNY and landed all the Firecrackers. No idea what was going on, think I won like $750 and was amazed! Within seconds some scroungy looking guy was behind me telling me he used to program slots and knew where there was a hot machine ready to hit - he would show it to me and how to play it. If I won anything he would get half the winnings. Thank goodness security showed up and Escorted him out before I could even grasp all that was going on with me winning that much and this guy trying to scam me. I still play Fortune cookie when I see it.
I have a few favorites : Original WOZ, Clue, Top Gun, Original Titanic, Mr Woo
Well, after last week we are adding Mr. Cashman Jail Bird and African Dust.
Wife's favorite was White Orchid. Mine is the Link games.
