Yup, that's how we do it for Keto. When you are staying below 20, every tenth of a gram counts haha. But, it makes sense to me because of the way the body processes it. The carbs in this soup come...
And so healthy! I bet that number includes all the carbs. For Keto, and lots of the low carb diets, you subtract the fiber since your body doesn't process it the same way, so it doesn't turn to fat.
What a beautiful soup! I had to look it up, as I have heard of it but never actually seen it anywhere. It sounds absolutely delicious and it has a neat history. Yum!
Made this broccoli cheddar soup yesterday. Very easy and so quick, and perfect for a freezing frigging day.

Awesome Sondor! That one is fit for a King! Now you have to let us know how you like it and what wonderful concoctions you come up with :)
Funny you should ask, as I have been wondering the same thing since I added a few new small appliances to my kitchen recently. My bread machine has been in the basement for years now (not even sure...
I made these this morning, and though yours were prettier, they were delicious! Frank loved them. I was too lazy to shop, so I had to use ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and a bit of heavy cream...
Gypsy, Thank you, that will be perfect! They look yummy! I have no cottage cheese, but I will make it work :)

What a great story! Makes me like my IP even more :tongue-new:
That looks just like the one my Mom would terrify us with! Please get an Instant Pot so your Pressure Cooker doesn't murder you!
I didn't know they made a mini one. That sounds like a nice gift! Gonna check it out and see if it's simple enough for my Mom.
She seemed really nice and I would have loved to see her get to explain more on the segment, but they really didn't do her justice. I'll check out her site. Thanks!
That's the one I got. I have the 6 quart and that definitely will be large enough for my needs. See all those freaking buttons? That's part of the reason i was intimidated! That and those years of...
So, I watched GMA this morning for the segment on the Instant Pot and it was a big bust, IMO. A young mother told how she lost 100 pounds cooking with the Instant Pot. A medical professional said...
