Pretty sure they were never linked, I don't think that was an option 12-15 yrs ago. I'm guessing they're linked by phone number somehow. Anytime anyone from CET calls, they ask for Linda.

I think CET uses phone number as an identifier more than we know. I haven't used my card in over two years and that was just one day. Both accounts have the same phone number and it's been that way...

Leave your card at home and turn off your WiFi. Your offers won't change. Use a different email and phone number from your account even though address is the same.

I'd be tempted to sign Sharon up, play a couple of days, and see if she gets some better offers.
