Seating area on 1st level looks like a big place to keep riff raff out from.
I really hope they are successful with reopening this property. Although I didn't like the vibe of the casino, it is a beautiful building with a gorgeous indoor/outdoor pool looking right out to the beach and ocean.
Curious and anxious to see how this works out!

They aren't going to get anywhere near what they think it's worth. Surrounding areas have AC oversaturated by casinos. Not gonna do it! My genius plan is still over on SF for review by the bankruptcy court, I'm telling ya!
