You are probably right Gene. It looks obvious that they want to build their (positive) cash flow by offering several enticements like you are receiving.

I agree...we just booked an air/hotel package that was too good to resist! We need 2000 points for Diamond and we were wondering what the cheapest way to get it would be and voila, this offer appeared.

We have been getting a lot of offers for junkets to AC and a few for Lake Tahoe and Laughlin. We talked the other day that we may have to take them up on one some day soon. I mentioned sometime after the first of the year, but Allen said "why wait?".

Not sure but probably not due to lack of both a bankroll and vacation days.
The best offer of course is Lake Tahoe because that's worth more than $800.00 just for the airfare and those 5 nights in their very nice rooms are worth at least another $500.00
