At many properties they will not reprint your coupons (Cherokee for example) unless you are 7 star. I have heard that one day they plan to move to email offers with codes instead of physical coupons but I think in some places their are still a lot of people that don't have email addresses on file. I'm glad you found your coupon and good to know that some properties will reprint for you.

i thought ALL Places were supposed to move to new system where it is just on your card but i guess they arent all done yet LOL.
I can imagine these places save a TON by doing it the voucher thing so people forget em and say oh no we cant reprint and they just give up and not use the fp.
