You don't need a room to redeem all of the myVegas rewards. Some of the MGM rewards have a stay requirement, which is indicated by the key on the reward. Other than those, there's no room requirement for rewards in general. As of now the Borgata rewards do not have a stay/room requirement.Originally Posted by SoCalRob

It was just brought to my attention that the sheets are only in King, so it looks like I gotta make a sheet swap at the B next time I get a room with a queen bed LOL

Each reward has a price in LPs (the gold coins). You go to the rewards, select a reward, and pay for it with the LPs you earn. It's all in the game and fairly simple.
How do you redeem them at Borgata? Would you go to the Rewards Desk?

That should be the case, it is with mLife properties in Vegas. You just print out or have the purchase code available on your phone when you go to the desk. Rooms are usually booked via a reservation line.
