The three dots on the upper right will let you do so from Tapatalk, for iPhone. Android may be another game if you are using one!

@CPT when I touch the 3 dots I don't see subscribe, New Topic, or Mark as Read.
Instead I see Reply, Share, Unsubscribe, Web View, & Refresh. What do I need to do to get the New Topic choice to show ?

You have to get in to the sub-topic you want to start it in first. Click arrow next to JWE heading to choose it

It makes it easier for sure. Then you can view this forum on Tapatalk and there's a little icon on the screen where you just load pics directly from your camera phone. Like I am on my phone right now:
