    It's actually quite tasty, I got mine without mayo and grilled onions....you MUST find the Grapefruit Sculpin IPA

    Cod marinated in Soy Ginger, seared and then baked with thyme & lemon juice. Steamed organic string beans. Bought a bag at Costcos so I'll be eating them often.

    @RiverSong, your meal looks delish! How do you prep the cod, on the stove, or in the oven?

    ETA - nevermind, saw you said baked! I will have to try that sometime, that looks delicious!

    @Blase Thanks. I sear cod on both sides on stove top, then place thyme and lemon juice on it and bake off in the oven at 400. I do most of my meats like this, thanks to the FoodNetwork.

    Allen ended up feeling better, so we went to dinner with friends. This is a seven layer chocolate cake. The plate it is on is a full size dinner plate. Huge and delish!
