2016 Trip Planning

It's going to happen, even if it's only me there LOL. Sometime around my June 12 birthday, just waiting for the offer from Northern Nevada Air.

@goldengreeke Hopefully it is around your birthday. Last time it was around the 21st which is our son's birthday. He lives in Folsom Ca and we just couldn't justify being so close and not sharing his birthday (21st) his daughter's birthday (19th) and Father's day with him and our granddaughter's. But if you plan it closer to the 12th we might be able to make it as we drive across country and always stop in Tahoe!

We leave next Friday for 2 weeks on Maui...I CAN"T WAIT! We go every other year. I am looking forward to warm weather and whale watching.

The first weekend in March we are off to Atlanta for the grandson's first birthday.

In April I have a work trip to Colorado.

DH's boss has invited us to the Indianapolis 500...is that is May?

We want to get back to Biloxi sometime on another junket but the dates they've thrown out haven't worked yet. We also want to try a weekend trip to Kansas City to check out the casinos there...and I'd like to be able to make a Joker Meet and Greet this year.

Penguins trying to schedule but life keeps getting in our way.

March -- Las Vegas or Laughlin
May -- Atlantic City maybe and Guam for 10 days or so. No casinos there.
June -- Tahoe and AC maybe
August -- Coushatta
Last four months will be couple trips to Atlantic City and/or Tunica.

Big problem we will be having is Cleveland Horseshoe will opt out of TR program and go into their own. Right now we will quit playing in Cleveland when they make the change mid year. All points earned up to then can count for CET. No CET local so have 7 hour car ride to AC. May start going to Meadows for recreational play, no serious gambling.

Wow - sounds like quite a few people has some fun trips planned - Vegas - Disney - Yeah!
i wish i had something fun to share...no Vegas trips for me planned - too many bills this year - we bought a house last year that needed some work, and have two big payments due in April-windows, and August - new siding - so major saving mode right now!!!

The only small trip we have planned is in February - spend one night at St. Louis Hollywood - comped of course - then on Sunday fly to Tampa. That night watch the St. Louis Blues play the Tampa Bay Lightning. Monday get up and fly back to St. Louis. Free flights on Southwest - yeah!

We did also put a deposit down on a trip in 2017 for Alaska! Going to spend 1 night on Katmai Island at Brooks lodge in July. This is during the salmon run and a lot of bears come to the Brooks falls area to eat up! This place only has 10 cabins and they fill up quick so we had to book very far in advance. So something to look forward too!

I know i need to do at least on Vegas trip to an Mlife property before October otherwise i think all my express comps will go bye bye. I am sure we will be able to sneak in a trip. I hope! That is it for me!

@Mary9915 - I am supposed to do a work trip to Colorado but sounds like February or Maybe March.. would be fun if we were there at the same time.. we could check out the Casino's together. Let's hope Biloxi comes through for us and we can head out again.. and this time actually gamble together.

I wish they would send your offer soon so we can start planning dates! At the moment Harrah's Lake Tahoe keeps sending me nice offers, but I'm not sure how long that will last as I might stay at Caesars in March and not play much there.

awesome!!!..planning on doing a Tahoe/Vegas combo trip.

I might do the same if I fly to Tahoe. If I get someone to drive me (no pressure Manette, LOL) then I might just go Lake Tahoe.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this next Tahoe meet Gene. Maybe I'll be able to get to this one? Will most of the Jokers be staying at Harrah's?

June -- Maybe a Tahoe M&G if the stars align. Although @SoCalRob has kindly offered to kick me in the jewels for $500 instead of going to Tahoe and frankly that would be less painful and considerably less costly than my last trip there.

July -- A/C Meet & Greet Definitely

December -- Reno/Tahoe/Biloxi Blowout Again -- I really had a great time on this last trip.
