    Rocky Gap Casino?

One of my former Hosts invited my husband and I to visit him at Rocky Gap Casino. He loves it there and said it's small and cozy. Has anyone been there?

We just got an offer for them - $40 Free Play and 2 nights any day of the week - it's about a 4 hour drive from Philly to Cumberland, MD and OMG they have the most beautiful scenic outlook not too far from there. I want to go soon, maybe after Vegas in April.

Thanks phillycub! It looks so cozy on the website. It's different for me because I don't usually go to places that are more of a resort than a casino.

How is the casino? Have you won there?

I am excited to go there. We really liked our Host and haven't seen him in a year....Cumberland MD is a bit of a drive!!

Hi Misty. I've received offers from them before but never took them up on it since they are non-smoking. For me, gambling = drinking which = smoking so I've never been interested in going. My GF goes there often though & she seems to love it. I agree with phillycub too that Cumberland has some beautiful scenic points. Good luck at the casino if you do decide to go!

I found out it's nonsmoking.. I smoke! You are right it goes hand in hand! I went once to a nonsmoking casino... I really didn't enjoy it as much. I had to call my husband to sit at my machine so I could go smoke.

We are getting a balcony room and I was assured that I could smoke out there.. I really want to see him and the casino and the area but it may really be a bit of a struggle to gamble like I usually do! My husband is thrilled because he doesn't smoke.

We are definitely going in May.... I am going to buy lots of gum!!

I have played at one casino in Maryland in Perryville - lost my $40.00 and quickly left. Did not like the fact you couldn't smoke and felt like a Delaware racino. I will stick to Atlantic City or Vegas. Stay away from the PA casinos - they suck too. lol

there is one word that describes the view over the mountains - "Magnificent" comes to mind.
