I had to read this twice. This is pretty messed up. If you have evidence of this happening you should file a lawsuit. Who knows how many other people have had this done to them. I hope you get this all figured out. Good luck.

Being a Native American Casino, I'm guessing there isn't a lot of legal recourse here, which sucks. It is such a clear violation of your privacy. Hopefully the casino has an internal process to handle this situation. This is unbelieveable! I know I've gone up to the desk to see if they can tell me where my husband is playing when I can't find him and they won't even do that, which is annoying, but understandable. I can't imagine what the reason is for this-nosiness or is there some other purpose? And for the other host to provide the info? TERRIBLE!
It's particularly hard to take being stabbed in the back close to home. There's always a feeling of betrayal when people of your own group oppose you.

Not sure about this, but Indian Casino or not, they are still a business that has to report to the federal government. So I say whatever you can do about this violation of privacy by a business can be done. I don't know what your course will be, but personally, I would make hell for the casino if they don't take action on their SOB employee.
Kimsa, was this person who found out the information a friend of yours? Completely unprofessional and inexcusable on the part of the host! Not the kind of host that I would want to have! I would definitely go to the host's supervisor and upper management.
