I was quite impressed by the "Wicked Spoon" buffet at Cosmo. It is very gourmet with a huge variety of foods that can fit anyone's taste's. I hope that they never change it.

Vegas has incredible restaurants, wine lists and beverage programs. Part of my excitement of going is the restaurants. On my list to try is Bardot and Yardbird...
I want to try those as well @hlaburg.
There are so many Vegas restaurants I've yet to try... One of the old school ones on my list is Casa di Amore. Would be a great place to try as a group. Sadly there was no room to fit this in on my April trip.
I've eaten there about 4 times so far and it's a great restaurant for large groups, they really shine when taking care of large parties. There's also usually a duo or trio entertaining. Gwen, myself and some of our other friends have a favorite server there too, always ask to sit at Brad's table! I'm not sure I would go off strip to eat there if I was with a small party however since there's comparable food at similar prices on the strip but at restaurants that don't excel with large groups of people. Hopefully that makes sense, LOL!

I get it @Evoni... I think it's all about the experience when you're with a larger group.
Casa Di Amore must be doing something right to be in business all these years... Sounds like an old school treat.
Bardo Brassiere was so good.. And the staff was amazing.. French onion soup to die for!
