We are in for Black Hawk but may have to do Deadwood some other time. Do you guys want to do Black Hawk and then Deadwood or vice versa? As far as Black Hawk goes I will start a thread probably in the next week or two to see when everyone wants to go and how we want to do it. As far as how to do it we can look at it as a sponsored event whereby we get a host involved who will more than likely give us all free rooms and access to their lounge and or some type of private event. There lounge by the way is very good. Better than any of the CET DL's in Vegas almost as good as the ones in AC. They serve a different lunch and dinner there every day and have huge bar. Drinks are free you don't have to pay for them. The only thing with this if we get host involved they are going to expect us to play there. With all of the other casinos nearby, others may want to do a meet and greet similar to what we do in Tahoe, or Vegas, or AC where we all arrange our own separate accommodations and have the freedom to play wherever they want to play. I think that it we get a host involved we should all give them the vast majority of our play. That's just my opinion if we decide to get a host involved.
Once we have resolved the timing and how we want to do meet and greet I will contact host if that is what the majority wants to do and set it up. It would make us all really look bad if they rolled out the red carpet for us and we took most of our play elsewhere. Again, just my opinion.
