It's not quite that insane.. The minimum bet is $9 and I think the max is $45. I didn't play much because all the lines weren't in play unless the bet was a maximum bet. It's too volatile for me to bet $45.
The version Cosmo has is kind of weird as it's an 8 liner.

You know the max bet on 88 Fortunes is $880 but $88 bet was already over my comfort zone although it did work out.
