I agree with Trey, go to TR desk and ask anyway-doesn't hurt. We did a free flights and room offer to Reno last month. I had no other offers showing, and I've never gambled in Reno . I went to the TR desk to ask about a question about aspiration level . Totally not expecting anything extra, the guy said let me check your offers that might not show up online. 140.00 FP and 40.00 food....hey I'll take it.
