I have to admit the Sterling looks tempting, and I would pay the $95 for lobster tail and champs, but I would be miserable the rest of the day. Main reason we avoid them all in Vegas. You have seen my lack of food porn. We save the eating for home.

My brother in law was a sous chef at a blt steak in NY. So he knows all of the recipes. The Thanksgiving when he made all of the sides was a very delicious one
