    Buy In Slot Tournament

I have never done any of the buy-in slot tournaments buy I know there are a few people here that are familiar.

What are your thoughts about this? I have no experience with it. What's the small print I'm missing?

for this tournament you have 2 seperate payouts it looks like. thus you have better odds of winning.

the thing i do not like is the option to buy in more rounds as it adds to their total so if you want to do those it would add another $1500 to the pricing. i would pass on this one myself. just due to have any good chance you must do the buy in rounds. adding the extra cost the entry fee is already pretty steep. hell mlife buy ins for this size of prize pool is usually only $500 buy in

    Buy In Slot Tournament

Is this at Venetian? Vegas Chic at Slot Fanatics did a tourney like this last year at V/P. If I recall correctly she was very disappointed with the whole thing. Maybe ask on that Forum.

I also agree with Derek. I would not do it if there are buy in rounds. It makes it too hard to win unless your willing to pay the extra money.

She said she definitely wouldn't do it again.

I just did a 500.00 buy in at Bellagio. It was great. This was my third, and I'm in for at least two more before the year is over.

The first place prize was $100,000

I've never done any of the MLife ones because the dates haven't lined up yet to when I can make a trip, but I would and will if I can ever get there for one,

The buy in on this one is already kind of steep to begin with given the prize structure. And the buy-ins make it even worse.

I also don't know about the caveat at the end about prize structure being based on 150 participants. Does that mean if they don't get 150 the $500 all get who don't place would be reduced?

I'd pass. You could have a lot more fun with that money just on the floor.

I can't speak for other casinos, but MLife does a good job IMO. It's fun, upbeat and there is free food and drinks all day long if you want to participate that way.

Plus with this one sure it looks like $2500 but you know all the higher ups will rebuy which gets added into score so really would end up being a $4k tourney. Sneaky Uncle Sheldon!!
