Went to the new place today. Yay.. it is coming along



I have the 4 big pieces I am In charge of finding... still in search of larger nightstands.



Ordering all the cupholes and handles for all the cupboards tonight and have the trim guy out those own.

Measure for shiplap in master and the sides of the fireplace.

Also.. want to do this for my laundry so I have more space inside where the door would normally swing in.




It is going to be awesome.

Base price has already gone up more than what I paid for mine with all the e grad, hard wood, gas appliances, extra lights and upgrades tub.. equity before I close

That door would look nice and be space saving functional.

And refi rates keep drifting lower - I have a good rate now, so waiting until they go do to dust with no fees and no appraisal...
