I agree with this on the 40 liners. I can't speak for the others mentioned but on those sometimes you need more than 15 spins (assuming $150 FP at $10 a spin on quarters) to at least even out (i.e. win your FP back in cash) or get ahead.

In vegas it is only at LINQ and Rio. Hopefully more vegas casinos get it soon now that a bunch of casinos all over are getting them now.
