This is why I love Keto! So many delicious foods and no deprivation. These were all pretty darn good!

I did spare you the FAILS. Most notable was chicken cabbage carbonara. �� Followed closely by country spare ribs I cooked in the oven. Can you say dry and tasteless? But, it’s fun trying new things even though some inevitably suck. Good think Frank is a good sport!!
