So many great pictures and ideas, you guys are making me look bad! I have been cooking (and eating HHH) but haven't updated here in a while. So in the words of our own TAB, I will make a dump now.


Sausage, feta & tomato crustless quiche


Roasted chicken thighs


Chile with guacamole & chicharones.



Country style boneless pork ribs simmered in sauce for hourS over cauliflower rice.



BreAkfast with radish home fries.



Lemon chicken thighs



Greek salad with leftover lemon chicken



Turkey broccoli Alfredo over zoodles.

This is why I love Keto! So many delicious foods and no deprivation. These were all pretty darn good!

I did spare you the FAILS. Most notable was chicken cabbage carbonara. �� Followed closely by country spare ribs I cooked in the oven. Can you say dry and tasteless? But, it’s fun trying new things even though some inevitably suck. Good think Frank is a good sport!!

Haven’t been cooking much new stuff lately, as I have been busy with trying to get my mom’s house back together. Still Keto, though! Here’s a tiny dump.


Amazing lobster cobb salad with lemon vinaigrette from a restaurant in Plymouth. I’ll go back for this one!
