Hokey Moley, this was delicious and is definitely a keeper! Had it for late breakfast with sf maple syrup and sausage. Yummy!

Last night’s dinner. Romaine with Boar’s Head Sweet Slice ham and their rotisserie chicken, angel sweet tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, shredded cheddar and Parmesan and my home made ranch dressing.
It’s just too damn hot to cook down here!

Local grocer had this for $0.99 a lb. Ended up with 5 large chops and 3 roasts (4lb, 3lb 11oz, 2 1/2 lb). Would love to smother one of the roasts in saurkraut but Bill hates it so I will just cook it on the side. Thank goodness for vacuum sealers. 13 1/2 lbs in all for $13.43.

@Curlyd -- Yep the vacuum sealers are the cat's meow. Especially when there are only 1 or 2 people to cook for. However they don't really work well on bread!!hhh hhh hhh.
