What a beautiful soup! I had to look it up, as I have heard of it but never actually seen it anywhere. It sounds absolutely delicious and it has a neat history. Yum!

And so healthy! I bet that number includes all the carbs. For Keto, and lots of the low carb diets, you subtract the fiber since your body doesn't process it the same way, so it doesn't turn to fat.
