After getting home from KC, Get, my boy kitty was excited to see me. I am the only one he will be with and runs when anyone comes over, as he was a feral kitten when he showed up. Tried to domesticate him, but he freaks out under a roof. Last night, he got hit by a car. I heard the thump, sounded more like a deer, it was loud, but when he didn't come back to the porch, I knew it was him.
Dang it.

Yes, even during the snow storm, made him a igloo, wool blankets and towels that I washed and dried at sunset every night so they were warm. Also, having the cat food out, all kinds of animals joined him for dinner. (Made sure he ate first) Had raccoon families, (they would run off with the bowl) opossums, hunting dogs, a baby deer, other feral cats and last week, walked out the house to see a river otter!! That was a sight!!!
