    It was foamy’s recipe. Not sure if he made it up or saw it somewhere.
    Marinated fresh Brussel sprouts in Aldis balsamic glaze. We only did an hour would do longer next time. Wrap in half slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for an hour on baking sheet (line in foil for easier clean up)

    Just pulled the pork shoulder out of the oven.



    DH shredded it, I made some mashed cauliflower.



    Didn’t take a pic of the cauliflower but it was yummy. Lunches are set for the week.

    That looks so so good! How big is that bad boy? I only see ginormous ones around here, but looking at yours I bet it would freeze well.

    It was HUGE! 9 pounds! It took forever to braise.

    Holy crap, I wouldn't have a pot big enough OR enough room in my freezer haha! I'll keep looking for a baby one

    This didn’t have one...it was a Smithfield shoulder. Not injected and so well trimmed. First time we’ve bought one of them and we’ll get it again!
