Day 14 food diary:
Hot lemon water
Yogurt
Live active cottage cheese
Apple
Strawberries
Salad with rotisserie chicken, cucumber and tomato
Turkey burger (no bread of course) on top of mashed cauliflower and green beans
3 cups green tea
4 bottles of water
No exercise
Only 3 more days- I’m ready to be done. I’m so bad I a premeditating what I’m going to eat on Thursday
