Strawberries (about 5-6)
Orange
Leftover roasted broccoli/cauliflower
Salad with boiled eggs, tomato and cucumber
Turkey burger with mashed cauliflower (really not a burger since no bread involved)
3 cups green tea
4 bottles of water

45 minutes elliptical
