Thread: 17 Day Diet

    Day 4 food diary

    Hot lemon water
    3 cups green tea
    4 - 16 oz bottles of water
    2 yogurt servings
    Strawberries
    Pear
    Grilled chicken wrapped with Romaine
    Unstuffed cabbage - another experiment
    It was ok but not as Yummy as I hoped



    45 minutes on elliptical

    Funny today I tried to change it up a little and did a different program- almost killed me . I definitely need to start alternating- I have been doing the same routine too long.

    Tuna cakes are my next experiment- I’m kind of scared because I don’t like fish that tastes fishy lol

    1 live active cottage cheese
    Strawberries
    Pear
    Grilled chicken boat
    Grilled chicken with roasted broccoli/cauliflower

    4 bottles of water
    3 cups green tea

    45 minutes elliptical

    Today was tough I really wanted to cheat but I didn’t!

    Day 6 Food diary:

    Hot Lemon water
    2 servings yogurt
    Pear
    Strawberries
    Salad with grilled chicken and tomatoes
    Stir fry chicken, spinach and mushrooms served over riced cauliflower

    3 cups green tea
    3 bottles of water (one short today)

    I didn’t exercise

    It’s really hard to stay strong but I’m trying. I have lost 4 pounds already so that is motivation to keep pushing although I want to cheat everyday

    17 Day Diet

    Day 7 food diary:

    Hot lemon water
    2 servings yogurt
    Pear

    Don’t be too disappointed in me but I cheated a little for lunch still chicken but I had wings (not breasts) and they were fried (not baked or grilled) and I did eat a few fries. But at least I ate those carbs before 2pm.

    Dinner back on track taco salad
    2 cups green tea (didn’t have one in the morning)

    4 bottles of water
    No exercise again

    Don’t worry I will be good this week I think
