Where to use Diamond Celebration Dinner in Vegas?

So, many of you heard..HHH, I made Diamond status the other month! I know you are shocked and I have hung on the coats of many for so long mooching as a bottom feeder to get into the premium lounges that they let everyone into these days. BUT I did it myself this time! Hardy Har Har!

So the question, where do I use my Diamond Celebration dinner in Vegas next month? Odds are I'm going to be solo diner, so I need to spend $100 on myself. (Doesn't that just suck? Haha). Research online mentions Mesa Grill as a good candidate. I'm staying at Cromwell so I could also hit up Giada out of convenience. I could go balls to the wall and splurge on Gordon Ramsey at Paris. It's all about just paying tip. Just putting it out there to see if anyone has used it there and if they have any good experiences.

BLT Steak at Bally's was where we used our dinner. Excellent!

Too bad they don't let you break it down in to smaller denoms. Then you could eat the Holiday sammich at Earls everyday.

I have never been to BLT, but everything I have read ranks it above GR. But I know you will be eating good no matter where you select.

Not a foodie so I won't be much help as experience goes but I've heard great things from folks here at both Giada and Mesa Grill.

If you'll be there over Sunday, you could consider Sterling Brunch. It's about $100 and you could even stuff your pockets before you leave!

I was going to suggest Sterling Brunch, even though I gave it a thumbs down because I am a lobster snob HHH. It would be a nice froo-froo experience. I am not sure how much they raised the price to, though.

If it was me, if Hell's Kitchen is on the list, that is where I would go. GR Steak at Paris is also good, and Giada is on my list to try. I suppose Bobby Fucking Flay wouldn't be terrible.

I considered Sterling, but I will be there Tuesday-Friday, so that is out.

The day will be something like this..

Fly into Vegas from Reno in the AM as per usual.

Check in and Uber to the lovely Hooters Hotel and Casino which houses a STEAK N SHAKE which I love and they only have in western PA. Play some Hooters Buffalo and back to Cromwell.

Play there and then off to my $100 dining experience!

Spend much of the rest of the night in the bathroom from the Steak N Shake Chili...HHH

@TwoArmedBandito used his $100 diamond voucher at Mesa Grill on Wednesday and was able to order several things!

Never knew you were a Steak N Shake fan. I haven't gone there in years. The tiny fries are too much work and I trying to stay keto, there is nothing much there I can have.
