Got all our reservations organized with the concierge. Then we hit the buffet for sustenance. It was excellent! I’ll take pictures at some point when it isn’t mobbed.


I had beef which was so tender I didn’t need a knife, creamed spinach and a yummy sausage salad. We are off to a good start!

Checked in to the ship. She is lovely and we are pleased with the suite. We gave up some inside space for the aft wrap balcony and it was a fair trade in my opinion!!

That suite is incredible so beautiful and spacious, lucky you!! Frank peeking around the deck cracked me up, such a fab picture!! I agree it don't look like something on a ship. Have fun!!!

Yes, we have had our own gear for years. I get grossed out ‘borrowing’ the gear, especially after seeing that some places clean it by swishing
it around in salt water

I also have a prescription mask so I can actually see the sealife! And I have weak lungs, so I use a child size snorkel. Haha, I am finicky!

Bill and I also have/had our own equipment. Just gross using the ones the tours supply. I did give Bill's away last year, but kept mine, just in case I ever get a chance to go again!
