CET loyalty tier gift ?

Hi, does anybody know if CET offers a loyalty gift of tier credits at certain times of the year? Usually it’s done when you are close to the next tier to entice you to reach the next level. But when does that enticement come? By May I was almost half way to platinum but no enticement. I didn’t go again until October and now I’m only 1600 away. Still nothing with 3 weeks to go. I plan going after Christmas but I doubt I’ll play enough for platinum.

I know a couple of years ago when I was half way, they did gift I think 500 or maybe even 1000. If I remember correctly, that was around the middle of the year. I also know that they don’t do it for everybody but still it would help to hear similar situations where people have been gifted late. Thanks!!

I know what you are talking about but I don’t recall anyone talking about receiving it this year. If you get a 1k tier day with the bonus it would put you at Platinum if you only need 1600. I don’t think I understand the benefits of Platinum enough to say it’s worth “chasing”. I would probably just start over again in 2019 but again not sure of the benefits

I think only thing going is seed tier credits for 2019 based on your play for Oct-Dec of 2018. Doesn't help your situation though. You just have to play.

I think they helped too many get to Diamond, like me, this year and want to give them the taste. Then the plan is to make it super hard and hopefully people give up their retirement savings to do it again in 2019. Gold Kenny is coming in 2020 haha

I also have heard nothing about those bonuses for this year, although I was one of the folks that never got it anyway. I would look carefully at the Platinum benefits before I pushed for it. I see nothing worth spending anything extra for. Free Parking? The only possible exception would be if you were considering a trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas since even Platinum can get you a comped stay (with lots of fees, but still...)

Those gifting TC normally came out in Octoberish. Didn't happen this year. Instead they have run a lot of Leaderboard promotions. I did see something from them that mentioned a new Quest for 2019 will be here soon.

I read somewhere that the next quest is supposed to start next month. Not sure how reliable the source is though.

@zeus Well if you said it then I'll believe it! @Joangca We have been thinking about trips this winter also. Already have nights booked at Caesars in AC in Jan, and Cherokee and Biloxi in Feb. Oh yes I almost forgot the KC M&G for the Super Bowl with side trip to Council Bluffs and Joliet on way home. Looks like the calendar is getting full. hhh
