No matter what happens we'll probably not see much change for about 2 years.
if a deal happens, we won't see it close until late this year or early next year. Then any sort of revamp of the rewards system won't be for another year at least. Eldorado has owned Tropicana since October and they haven't changed anything yet and I haven't even seen a plan to create a single card system throughout the company as of now.

Even the other mergers recently like Penn/Ameristar, Golden Gaming's acquisitions have taken over a year before they even started to merge players systems. Boyd bought the Cannery Casinos and two years later still haven't even brought them into B Connected even though they plan to.

My guess is whoever ends up with Caesars will keep the Caesar's Rewards program being its the largest and best known one nationally and roll it out to their other properties, not the other way around. I'm sure there will be a few changes but it won't go away as we know it.

Yeah, and I knew once the Bumpkins showed up in a Diamond Lounge there would be heads rolling at the C level. HHH

Well Bill and I usually save our RC's to use in Vegas. Some in KC. As it's been 2 years since we went to Vegas we have quite a few. Didn't really have a trip planned for this year but maybe a Sept drive will need to happen.

Hoping AC is still a possibility in August!

Now here's a giveaway I hate that I will miss

The shape of CET in the future? Lol. Not that I live for the giveaways anyway. Continued FP and free rooms across the country will make me happy.

The last thing I want when I go to a casino is a reminder of what I used before I got there. I have seen promos for a 12 pack of soft drinks, but i think this one takes the cake!

Maybe with the changes made CET won't get split up or sold. That's my positive input for the day.
