Who's this VICI group? Will they become a non Caesars property? If so, bummer losing Laughlin and NOLA.

What they are doing is selling the properties to VICI, and then turn around and establish leases for them and continue running them as casinos. This will give them cash on hand. A lot of companies do this. You won't notice anything different.
