MGM has treated their employees so poorly for so many years with constant cost cutting it doesn’t surprise me that people would leave for Wynn if given the chance. The corporate culture of MGM must be awful. Pretty savvy of Wynn to pick off the already trained and licensed employees.
Damn 200 is a big loss that's for sure probably less of a commute for most employees?
