Well, it's about that time again. All my bags are packed and I'm ready to go... Lammie will pick me up at 6am tomorrow and we will head to Logan via Thelma's house where will scoop her and Jacie up to start our adventure. We'll be flying JetBlue to Fort Lauderdale where I have a car service picking us up to whisk us off to the Intercontinental in Miami.

Saturday we will board the beautiful Seaside. I booked an oceanview guarantee this time, but yesterday I got the word that we were upgraded to a balcony - YAY! Lammie and Jacie booked a balcony guarantee and they got upgraded to a small suite with a whirlpool on the balcony! So we are all even more excited!

The itinerary is pretty standard Western Caribbean with stops at Ocho Rios in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel in Mexico and Nassau in the Bahamas. Lammie and Jacie booked horseback riding in Jamaica but I plan to stay onboard and enjoy a nearly empty ship. For Grand Cayman I booked us all on a private excursion to Stingray City with 2 additional snorkeling stops. This should be pretty funny since Thelma is terrified of fish HHH. In Cozumel the loose plan is to go to a beach and hopefully do some snorkeling, followed by fish tacos at my favorite Panchos Backyard. If we get off in Nassau, we will probably just toddle over to Junkanoo beach for an hour or so, and then head back to a quiet ship.

Thelma and I got the Spa pass for the week because I loved it so much when I went with Sis. So there will be some Himalayan Salt Therapy and a visit to the Snow Room along with soaking in the hot tub for sure. I can't wait for that! I hope to get to a couple of shows, some nice dinners, maybe some pool time on those port days and there will surely be casino time. We didn't purchase a drink package this time, but MSC includes free drinks in the casino on their comp offers, so that will work for Thelma and I. Not sure if Lammie and Jacie are getting a drink package, because they do enjoy a few tipples and booked on their own.

I am actually a little sad to be leaving because my Tim is in town for a wedding this weekend, but at least I got to spend some time with him yesterday and today. SO, I guess that is all for now. I'll update when I can!
