CET Tier Credit Multipliers for Everyone

People are posting on the Facebook social page pics of their accounts with the nee expiration date. First it seemed only Diamond Elites were getting updated, now someone posted a Diamond Plus with a new date. I keep checking mine and it hasn’t changed. And, I was wondering the same about the AC buffet setup. I think they could get around that by leaving it as a buffet and just having servers behind the line. It’ll be a shame to see the big selection go away as that’s the one thing that everyone talks about when comparing to other locations.

I wanted to be the first to provide you some very positive news in regards to the changes that we are making during this pandemic in regards to our Caesars Rewards loyalty program.

Here are the great changes that we are putting in place to give you ease of mind and a chance to keep or earn your Caesars Rewards Tier Status

Extending 2020 Tier Status. 2020 Tier Status and benefits will be extended through January 31, 2022 giving customers more time to enjoy what they have earned.

Making Tier Status easier to earn for 2021.
Platinum: Now 4,000 Tier Credits (was 5,000 Tier Credits)
Diamond: Now 12,000 Tier Credits (was 15,000 Tier Credits)
Diamond Plus: Now 20,000 Tier Credits (was 25,000 Tier Credits)
Diamond Elite: Now 60,000 Tier Credits (was 75,000 Tier Credits)
Seven Stars: Now 125,000 Tier Credits (was 150,000 Tier Credits)

Reward Credits will NOT expire for six months of inactivity until September 1, 2020, at the earliest

More ways to earn
5X Tier Credit and 5X Reward Credit multiplier: Customers will receive a month long 5x Tier Credit and 5x Reward Credit multiplier promotion. Exact dates will be communicated prior to properties opening.

Casino Offers: Shortly before we reopen, we will resume sending our usual schedule of promotions and events

It's officially on the TR app now, along with specific questions answered if you scroll down to Rewards questions. Still not sure if they will be adding 2020 credits to any earned in 2021 to arrive at your 2022 tier level.

Someone in my CET FB group posted this email they received from their host seemingly confirming that 2020 TC will not be added to 2021 earnings to total the lower tier structure needed for 2022. So basically, 2020 TC won't figure in for anything if you've already received the tier you want to carry into 2021.

Well really won't matter for us as Cathy got 27,000 TC by end of Feb anyway, counting the Feb 50% bonus. But it would have been nice for many here, no doubt.

Mine did the same thing, Suze. On the FB "social" site, contributors have been saying it's been happening and then just as quickly rights itself. I'm going to check mine a few times and make sure it gets corrected.
