    Venetian's Post Covid Protocols

This looks pretty similar to what the Wynn put out the other day.

I liked the way they said that the slots and chairs will be arranged to allow appropriate distancing. Hopefully that means arranging the banks so that they are round or in a cross formation. Because turning off every other slot lined side by side would not be aesthetically pleasing. That's just my opinion.

Interesting. Thanks for posting. It looks like guests will not be required to wear masks. I believe the Wynn document did says guests would be required to. I really think masks are a key to stopping the spread and wish all the airlines and casinos would require them.

I think the decision to not wear masks is because the Venetian needs all those smoking patrons to come back in order for it to survive during post Covid.

Next time Dr. Patel says anything about my smoking I will just have to tell him that I am fighting off the Covid.

Yeah, I think you are right, business is going to be tough enough as it is.

Although, I heard that the casinos that have the mask requirement may have an exception. Masks will be required when you are walking around, in line at the cashier, restaurant, ATM, etc., anywhere that you might come in close contact. However, if you are at a slot machine that is spaced out, you can temporarily remove your mask to drink and or smoke. we'll see...

I wouldn't be surprised to see the language change before things actually opened, especially about the masks. I agree with Elf that masks are key to getting this thing under control. With JetBlue announcing that masks will be required, I expect other airlines to follow. The videos of the nearly full American Airlines planes were certainly eye opening.
