They have guys going around with tanks of disinfectant constantly cleaning the slots and chairs. They even have every other urinal in the men's room closed off. So far I can say it is not too bad. Even the mask isn't bothering my claustrophobia and anxiety.

Smoking only allowed in the Rotunda area right off of the casino. And yes, you can remove it to drink.
